Keiwa will not disclose Personal Information to any third party without your prior consent with the exception of the following conditions. - When required by the applicable laws and regulations - When required to cooperate with national or local government institutions or contractors to such institutions in the performance of work prescribed by laws and regulations

4. Provision of Personal Information to Outsourcing Contractors

Keiwa may entrust the handling of Personal Information, within the scope required to achieve the purpose of use, to outsourcing contractors other than the company itself such as shipping company. In this case, Keiwa selects companies with strong experience and abilities in handling Personal Information and the contract with companies mandates confidentiality and guarantees that the information will be properly managed.

Keiwa will respond to "Notification of purpose of use," "Disclosure," "Correction, etc." "Stopping the use, etc." of Personal Information Keiwa retains by a customer or his/her representative in accordance with the "Act on the Protection of Personal Information" of Japan.

6. Information Management that Reassures Customers

Keiwa implements necessary and appropriate measures for safety management of Personal Information as follows.
